Then, since the owner didn't archive it, I found it once I had been enlightened.
-
Yup, I muggled my first cache in 03, Filled it full of cedar bark, rocks. and leaf litter and stole a TB, then moved it 110 meters or so from the cache location onto a busy pathway. That took care of it, nasty old thing.
-
Bigger cache containers do not always equate to better caches.
That would make for an interesting cemetery cache though....
-
I hope my TB never gets to South Carolina then, because it wants to go to cemeteries
-
One to repeat that this topic should be moved to the dark collector forum.
One to mention the correct term is "dark sucker" as lamps are designated on schematics as "DS".
And another to say that we have just been suckered into believing that
-
If geocaching was a government department then government departments would probably be outlawed in South Carolina
-
Dang you got me there . well done .
Nyah Nyah Nyah

So if you used a waterproof logbook without a container, you could hide one anywhere you wanted? I love loopholes .or logbooks which are intentionally placed by their owners.
Im starting to read more carefully.
However, I read carefully too. It says,
'Geocache' means the container that serves the purpose of providing a place to store small items or logbooks which are intentionally placed by their owners. -

One to say that light switches is off topic and should be moved to the light switches forum.
One to say light switch caches are very dangerous, require special equipment, and are probably just another kind of micro...that's okay though, I heard we need more micros.
One to say the best lightbulb micros would be a maglite bulb...or is it mag litebulb...or maglitebulb...?
One to say, Can we get a smiley with a light bulb over its head?
One to repeat that this topic should be moved to the dark collector forum.
...and me to say...I've seen the light, and now the lack thereof. Ya'll are a hoot. (please don't move this to the owl forum...or is it the fowl forum?).

Now that it's not yesterday anymore, I'm closing the thread.

increased? why? I would think decreasing the distance would keep micros from overtaking the other terrain to place caches.
Like more micros

Happy St Patrick's Day folks!
If I had thought of it ealier, I should have gone forThis Cache in honor of the day. (One would assume it gives you a nice view of Area 51)

I'm just curious but where do you guys get all the different smilies? Does it come with premium membership?
All your green (and otherwise) smiley needs and to answer your question, notice that under my avatar pic it says "geocacher" not premium member, charter member or a random phase I made up.
