I was going to use a magnetic micro cache

I mean on the yellow side which is closer to the road.

I was thinking of putting it on this handrail just off the bridge that the ground is still concrete and not yet on the bridge would this be ok? This is the spot

It has traffic on it and it’s over a canal Called the Gowanus Canal the waterway is never used for boats anymore because the river is so dirty I was thinking of hiding a micro cache with a magnet beacause the bridge is magnetic

So I was wondering if I could place a cache on a drawbridge that doesn’t move any more so it is just a regular old bridge I was wondering if there are any restrictions for caches on bridges!

Where do I send a permit once I have filled It out do I send it directly to the state park

I know that this is old but I have a geocache that i submitted 5 days ago and it hasn’t been looked at does anybody know when it will because I am going on vacation soon and want to know if I need to change anything.
