[allow finders to rate Terrain and Difficulty]

I often see caches will wildly off Terrain or Difficulty rating posted by the person who hid the cache. As someone who makes a find, I would like to offer my suggestion as to the Terrain and Difficulty rating. Perhaps the finder's ratings could be averaged and displayed along with the hider's ratings.

It seems that sometime today (11/1) I lost the ability to send to my Earthmate PN 40 via the Geocaching.com "send to GPS" interface.

 

It appears that Garmin is also suffering from the same issue.

 

Anyone else having a problem with the PN series?

 

This problem occurs both in IE and Firefox. The interface was working earlier today/yesterday.

I am having the same problem with my Delorme PN40.
