Just noticed that the OLD SEARCH IS BACK...!
A link has been added on the bottom-right of the Advanced Search Screen that says: TAKE ME TO THE OLD SEARCH.
All is good again.

The concept behind an "Advanced" search feature is that it is *OPTIONAL* --- and implies that the "Standard" search feature is still available. Perhaps that is all Groundspeak needs to do in the short-term to fix this situation... make both Search features available: Standard Search and Advanced Search.
I participated in the trial-period for the Advanced Search and provided my feedback. This whole issue however is due to the fact that people's expectations were that the Advanced Search would be ADDITIONAL to the Standard Search - and NOT REPLACE it.

I saw a Forum Post that you could access the results of the old "Found By" Username search via a direct URL... but the Post didn't provide the URL itself. Does anyone know what it would be?

Please add back the previous search and results list. The new search is nice, but it just is not ready for prime time; too much important functionality is lost.
Totally agree. So many functions are now missing. e.g. How do I do a search on "Found By" cacher-name?

Can anyone tell me how to list out all recent Finds by A Cacher's username? In the old Search screen it used to be directly above the "Hidden By" username search. It used to be called "Found By" username. So I could enter my own Cacher-name and get a list of all my recent Finds (or that of a friend).

I was at the GIGA event in Mainz Germany yesterday and was talking to one of the Organizers who mentioned that Groundspeak had finally decided to properly integrate Lab Caches into people's Statistics - so that Labs will now be treated the same as "normal" cache-types. Apparently Groundspeak will set some "default" statistics retrospectively to fill the gaps in the Lab Cache base data e.g. All previous Lab Caches to date will have a DT set retrospectively of 1.5/1.5.
I am curious whether anyone else has heard this *rumour* and whether there is any truth to it? Seems like a great idea to fix the Lab Cache / Statistics issue.
