  1. Buy a TB, activate the TB, get a tattoo, put the TB number on, in, or near the tattoo. Email a photo of the tattoo with the TB number showing to support@geocaching.com
  2. There are only three things that are sure in life. Death, taxes, and any trackable that you send out will go missing.
  3. No, you are doing i correctly. The TB code on the page can be seen by everyone. The code on the TB or coin is the one you can log it by. If you go to your profile page you will see a TRCKABLES tab. Click on that adn you will see all the ones you have moved or discovered. Click on the TB or coin icon and you can see the different ones your have found.
  4. Are you gonna get it colored in or leave it that way?
  5. BTw there already is a guideline that says you don't have to leave anything if you take a trackable. Of course it also says that you should only take one if you plan to help it with its journey but som people ignore that. Most trackables will disappear within a few years.
  6. So are you saying the reviewers are supposed to enforce the rule that you can not take a trackable if you don't leave one? How would they do that?
  7. Really? A rule is gonna fix the problem? Who is gonna enforce the rule?
  8. This link is broke but if you just google StereoDemo01.zip you can find a lot of places to download it. Came in handy today.
  9. My favorite OSM map website is http://openmtbmap.org/
  10. It is a great start. I would be willing help out by providing info on my collectioin.
  11. I would never try to navigate a road with a handheld trail GPS and would never try to Geocache with a Nuvi. Get the right tool for the right job and you will eliminate a lot your problems.
  12. I think many people feel nervous searching in a high muggle area because they don't want the cache to be muggled. IMHO if you put a cache in a location that has a lot of traffic then it will get muggled. If someone sees me find the cache in such an area and then they muggle it I really don't have much sympathy for the cache owner needing to replace it. Some like to put hides in high traffic areas so thinking that the seeker will need to be sneaky. I think they get some kind of enjoyment out of knowing this. Well I just go up and search for caches like this and pay no attention to the muggles. I don't go out of my way to draw attention to myself but at the same time I don't act all sneaky. IMHO if there is something interesting in a high traffic area that I want to show other cachers I will make it a multi or mystery cache. I will find something in the interesting location that can be clue to the final less conspicuous cache location.
  13. I am glad it all worked out. Next time it happens you might want to try wearing a tinfoil beany which will block the Asian Internet police from detecting your activities.
  14. And yes you can change the write up (goal and description) as long as the previous owner adopted it to you. You can even delete all the old logs if you wish.
  15. No, the number can not be changed. You are stuck with it.
  16. I love it when I get the chance to say OH SNAP!!
  17. I don't know you so I don't know if you are stupid or not. It is probably just a conspiracy. Again, maybe if you posted the links to the caches someone might be able to assist you. BINGO!! I WIN!!
  18. I like the idea of the wiki. It would be nice if you added a column for how many were made and the orignal price..
  19. Maybe they have not been found. Posting a link to the caches in question would help others help you.
  20. HUH? Why would they need their own category?
