Any reports from the software geeks as to when they may find a solution? I've not had any updates for over 2 weeks.

I see this topic has been going on for a long time - it is very frustrating - glad to see it wasn't just me though - thought I did something wrong since I am pretty new to this - but not happy to see how long this has been going on - as a newbie to the activity it makes me reconsidered purchasing any more bugs/coins. Many of mine have 0 miles still!!! And they are out traveling to many locations and with many new people - it is ruining the point of having a "trackable" when you can't track it! Very disappointed right now
