The Easter Geocoin Bunny needs to come visit the woods down here where I live lol. Can you imagine opening a cache and finding an egg inside with a beautiful coin in it? But, I wonder how many have went caching and saw an egg not realizing it had a goody in it and just pushed it to the side? I think thats a good idea for the Easter Geocoin Bunny to drop some eggs in some caches. Congrats to everyone that was lucky to find a beauty.

My husband will only be with me on the weekend he will have to work during the week . I will have to check out the virtuals and the war monuments if I have any time left. Hi Southern Angel, I am in Goodyear, AZ - right next to Tolleson...if you are looking for a Power Trail - check out anything on the SunValley Parkway...you could do over 100 in a day...you MUST check out my caches in that area....mine are on side roads off of the Parkway...also, there are some right on trails behind the White Tank Mountains that you can drive your car on or hike...they would give you a true AZ feel....also, great hiking through the White Tank Park with lots of caches and even a couple of Earth Caches... There is a busy TB hotel at the Grand Canyon... There is a Wherigo on our lightrail system in Phoenix. Email me if you want more information about anything out here...welcome to AZ...it will be in the 90's while you are here... Hey KBfamily, Thank you so much for welcoming me to AZ. My husband is already out there working and he said it will be in the 90's which sounds good to me. Here in GA if it even gets in the 80's you're sweating. But, I heard AZ is different you won't sweat. I cant wait to experience AZ. A 100 caches in a day sounds good. I will be sure to look for your caches and do them. Where is the White Tank Mountain located? I will have to be sure to do the Wherigo. That will be my first. Maybe I won't have any trouble doing it. I don't know much about it but I do know I can find it on my GPS. I will keep you in mind if I need to know anything or need some help/info. Thank you!

(I'm not sure if I am in the right place for this question but if not please let me know the right place) I'm leaving friday to go to Arizona for a week and you know what that means?...GEOCACHING!!! I will stay in Tolleson, AZ for a week and my husband is taking me to the Grand Canyon to see it. I would love to get some great caches and great photos!! One problem though about Grand Canyon...my husband is not into geocaching or walking/hiking very far . I downloaded several caches that I would like to grab but not sure how much walking is involved for the Grand Canyon trip. Does anyone know any great caches that my husband would love and not complain about? As for the Tolleson/Phoenix area I would like to know if theres any awesome caches that has great scenery and any history involved? This will be my first trip to the west and I'm excited. I've always wanted to see the "west". I don't mind traveling within 40 mile radius to get some awesome caches and I believe theres like a power run close to Tolleson? I would love to hear any suggestions from anyone that has been in those areas caching.

I got my box and filled up...waiting on tomorrow or friday to send it off. I hope its satisfying. Some things I wanted to put in were too big and I wouldn't be able to put more stuff in there. So, whoever gets my box I hope you like it

I'm getting kinda worried a little. I haven't heard if one of our missions has made it to its destination yet. I hope it gets there by friday. I hope our pet friend gets it before I leave friday going to Arizona.

gotta ask...does Mowgli have some dachsund in him? Not sure what Mowgli has in him. I've been told he might have Beagle in him but there might be dachsund in him. Down here in the south we call him our "HEINZ 57"....a little bit of everything lol. He's a good dog even though he digs holes in the yard to get a mole rat. Oh, we just got another little Heinz 57 puppy (like we needed another). Our new addition has some Terrier in her. She came up to our house starving, fleas and unhealthy. We tried to give her to someone but no one wanted her. Then we tried taking her to the pound but they said they can't guaranteed she will get adopted and they might have to put her to sleep. I was having 2nd thoughts while I was taking her to the pound but when the woman said they might put her to sleep I brought her back home. She was too cute and lovable to be put to sleep. Took her to the vet today, got her first shots and some pain medicine cause she hurt her back somehow. We named her "Blondie" and she is officially a member of our family now.

All 3 of our missions will be going out Friday...if not tomorrow.

Mowgli received a box full of wonderful stuff from DrNeal and Maxx (2themaxx). He didn't know what to do with the box with this being his first mission/presents. I opened a bag of jerky links to help him get started and he got all excited and hyper he knew then what he was suppose to do. He loves treats and squeeky toys. He got a bag of Jerky Links, American Rawhide, Chicken Liver Plus Freeze Dried treats, a tennis ball, yellow toy, pink lion stuff animal, fresbie, a magnet that DrNeal made a contribution to the Humane Society in honor of Mowgli (that was really nice of you), he also got 3 coins and 2 wooden tokens with 2themaxx and with my Heine's name on them (very neat)...mowgli sniffed them out but he had no interest in them so he let his mama have them Thank you so much DrNeal and Maxx for the wonderful gifts. Mowgli and I are very happy. I love the coins. Oh, the green one that looks like a Chinese symbol...if thats what it is what does it mean? (pictures below) Mowgli sniffing it out... The Goodies... Dixie and Mowgli's mom here....I have thought about letting Dixie tell her "Gotcha Day" but we have been busy this weekend. Anyways, I just wanted to say to MoonCat and KDT that I have 2 dogs and 2 cats also. I think its so cute when I see a dog and a cat get along and they sleep with each other. Dixie and Mowgli would love to play with Cali and Angel but they won't have anything to do with them. I've enjoyed reading everyones stories...some made me smile and others brought tears to my eyes. A few more things they want to get for their friends Cali received her mission today. She had just woke up long enough to get her something to eat and I decided to let her open her gifts. First, we saw this cute little card and found out it was from Shadow's Friend. She got some wonderful treats...Temptations and Party Mix (both are her favorites) she also got Feline Greenies which she has never tried and she loves them too. She got a laser light toy, a bouncy rat that she sleeps with now and a wiggle worm. She didn't see no use in the coins so she let her mama have those lol. I love the coins and pathtags!!! 2 of them which looks like personal coins I will keep them forever in my collection and the 3rd coin...I was shocked, speechless, happy and excited to receive this coin. One I have been wanting ever since I've found out they were coming out and I tried my hardest to get one and had no luck. But now...I have it to keep in my collection and its the Mardi Gras Masquerade Venetian Coin!! Thank you so much Shadow's Friend and Jean. Cali and I are very happy Cali with her box of gifts... The box it came in looked familiar and there's nothing wrong with recycling lol. I might do the same with some of my boxes. Dixie got a cute card from Wyatt with some stickers (loved the little paw print signature), she got a blanket (which she loves to lay on), some Beggin Strips and some dog biscuits (she loves them), she got a huge raw hide bone that she guards because Mowgli (out other dog) tries to get it lol and she got 3 toys. She also got 4 geocoins that her mama definitely loves especially the 2 personal coins. Dixie was a happy dog to get such lovely gifts from Mr. Handsome Wyatt. She says, "woof woof" thank you with lots of love and smooches. Thank you Laval K-9! We love everything!!

Here are pics of my pets for the first mission.... Cali, she will be 8 yrs old this Aug. She loves catnip, sleeping and eating lol. Dixie (the one on the left) will be 7 yrs old this April. She loves any kind of dog treats. Might as well do my other 2 pets for the 2nd part of the mission.... Angel, is 3 yrs old. She loves catnip, fuzzy balls, Friskies Party Mix treats. Mowgli, this guy will be 1 yr old in May and he's the hyper one. He loves any kind of toy and treats.
