Op mijn chromebook kan ik ook android-apps installeren en met FireFox gaat het scrollen wel. Maar in Chrome dus niet.
In Chrome op mijn chromebook scrolt geen enkele pagina van geocaching.com. Alleen de kaart kan ik wel in- en uitzoomen.
Het lijkt erop dat de website van geocaching.com niet is aangepast voor Chrome op een chromebook. Jammer.

Sommige pagina's van de website willen niet scrollen op mijn chromebook. Soms even een klein stukje maar daarna staat de pagina vast. Is er een instelling in chrome os om dat te verhelpen of werkt de website gewoon niet op een chromebook?
PS Op dit forum scrolt het wel prima.

Thanks for all comments. I now update my garmin from my smartphone because I want to refresh on the move. I do not take a Windows computer with me on vacation. I download a PQ on my smartphone, pick it up and place it on my garmin. That's fine. Via the list I can now set all corrected coordinates on my Garmin. But how can I refresh quickly and easily if I have solved a mystery again?

I want to create a PQ with only the corrected Mystery coordinates. How do I do that?

Ik kreeg een update op mijn smartphone (android) van de geocaching-app. Mooi, dacht ik, dan zullen de lacunes van de eerste versie wel zijn verholpen. Misschien kijk ik er over heen, maar ik zie nog steeds geen corrected coords en geen personal cache notes.
Wel is de lay-out aangepast aan de nieuwe stijl van de website, maar het lijkt wel of het uiterlijk belangrijker is dan de functionaliteit. Of ben ik abuis?

No, I mean the corrected coords of Unknown caches on geocaching.com. You can correct the coords of puzzles, but you cannot see them on the map. That is odd. In GSAK I can do this, but then I must import an PQ with the corrected coords and that takes some time. I just want to see the changes I have made on the map. But that is not possible, I presume?

I use Google Maps for that purpose.
Thanks for the answer, but how do you do that? When I switch to Google Maps in geocaching.com I get the same coordinates.

How can I get the corrected coordinates on the map at geocaching.com?
To have a quick view and to make a routing it would be handy if the original coordinates are changed in the corrected ones. Is that possible at geocaching.com? Or have I missed some information?

No, API V6 supports it but it's buggy. Corrected coordinates are under UserWaypoints, but you'll get all unique changes of corrected coordinates user did without any change to get information which change was latest.
Where can I find those "UserWaypoints" in the app. I cannot find any corrected coordinates.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 (with Android 4.0.3) and when I open "myGEOtools" in GCC I get on every chapter a blanc screen.
Is there someone who knows how to solve this problem?
edit: I just found out that I must tap on the screen and then resize it. So I think this is a bug in Android 4, that needs fixing.

Ik weet niet zeker of het on-topic is. Maar volgens mij worden die "corrected coordinates" ook niet altijd goed overgenomen door online smartphone apps. Misschien kan iemand het bevestigen of corrigeren, maar volgens mij wordt het op android door de officiële geocaching app niet goed doorgeven (als je "live" online op een cache zoekt) maar in c:geo (bij live online zoeken) weer wel.
Het is bij mij een vreemde zaak. In c:geo komt het gecorrigeerde coord wel over, maar als je dan naar Navigeer gaat en kijkt op de optie "Toon op kaart", dan zie je het oude coord. Maar bij "Locus" en ook bij "Turn-by-turn" zie je wél de goede plek. Heel vreemd allemaal.
Bij de officiële .com-app komt er helemaal geen correctie door (ook geen persoonlijke aantekening trouwens). Die update moet, denk ik, nog komen.
PS Ik zie dat in c:geo ook de "Live map" het oude niet-gecorrigeerde coord geeft.
Voordeel bij c:geo vind ik wel dat in ieder geval de persoonlijke aantekening wél meekomt. Dus je hebt onderweg wel het gecorrigeerde coord bij je. Moet je het alleen even handmatig overnemen in je GPS.
Het zal wel een kwestie van tijd zijn voordat alle apps zijn bijgewerkt.

Inderdaad, erg handig, die gecorrigeerde-coördinaten-optie. Nu nog even wachten op de aanpassing van de app en de andere mobiele tooltjes. Dan kunnen we er het veld mee in ;-)
De PQ-download mogelijkheid in de nieuwe GSAK is trouwens ook erg makkelijk. Geen gedoe meer met macro's e.d.
Het wordt steeds mooier.

I don't believe it is. At least my Nuvi 250 can't do it. The Nuvi isn't really designed for geocaching and backcountry navigation so it doesn't have some important geocaching features.
The Nüvi 550 is different. Geocaching, Topo-maps, coordinates, loading routes, gpx-files, etc can be done. But I'am affraid Garmin is forgotten the projection. I hope it wil be in the next update.

Update: By email Garmin has told me that the Nüvi 550 has no option for projecting. And they are not willing to fix that in an new softwareupdate. The Nüvi 550 is not a real outdoor-GPS....
