[Cache Register Software Issue]

I am trying to start Cache Register after a long time of not using it and I am getting the error message:

I seem to be having problems talking to Geocaching.com. Check you network connection for problems.

 

Not a network issue. Any suggestions?

I am wondering how people find new caches the day they are created and get FTF.

Is there a way on the site to setup notification?
