  6. yeah tell me about it. chickens lead us to believe they cannot fly, but when i was a tiny girly, my dad kept chickens in the back yard. those chickens used to scare the bejeezuz outa me. the twice i was sent out to collect the eggs (only twice because of this) those chickens gang up on me and intimidated me so much i ran screaming back to the house, meanwhile those same flightless birds have managed to get over the 4 metre high fence dividing our property from the other 3 properties. trying to capture 18 crazy skittish birds that are everywhere they shouldnt be is not much fun for my parents and oldest sister. after that second chicken ambush on a defenceless 5 year old, i wasnt allowed to collect eggs anymore.
  7. There are four places in the United State with the word "chicken" in their name. Chicken, Alaska; Chicken Bristle; in Illinois and Kentucky; and Chicken Town, Pennsylvania.
  8. that is correct. the bell witch was just showing the 2007 version of the sinterklass coin. a very nice coin it is too. but is the bell witch holding out on us? does she have a mystery coin also? id like to know
  9. i know there is a banana coin in the works somewhere
  10. A chicken with red earlobes will produce brown eggs, and a chicken with white earlobes will produce white eggs.

  14. I don' mind having to adopt and keep logs. hehe I'm happy with any coins, specially if they're on my seeking list! LOL same here, i tend to activate my keepers anyway. if theres a log for the coins thats great, i love the history and seeing the story of the coins life
  15. oooooooh you are so lucky to be able to own a greenman coin. id love to own one of those and the mystical greenman mystery coin.
  16. now that is a bunch of coins i love, but im not trading my mystery coins away im sorry. they were gifts and i like them too much. good luck on getting your trades but theres alot of us who are also after the mystery coins so goodluck
  17. from my own experience it doesnt work. ive been really surprised at how some names are well known at cito events but give them a geocache to find that has a minute amount of litter around the area and they criticise the cache and the owner for placing the cache in a horrid filthy place. cito is good for cleaning up an area and pumping up over inflated cachers egos, leave them to pick up a bit of paper around a normal cache and they run screaming and complaing. (just to mention, i fully agree with the cito principle and will clear up litter whenever it is possible for me)
  18. its no where near me either, but then ive already got one lol. good luck to who ever finds it. its awesome to find unactivated/personal coins in a cache. i wish it would happen more often here lol
  19. im always available to drop coins/tbs/pathtags in the most northern part of scotland for anyone. just message me for my addy.
  20. How random. I just shot this one yesterday. Not as pretty as yours though. i like your photo too. i miss seeing toadstools and fungi. i used to live in a foresty area so would get to see all sorts of toadstools. im now in the highlands of scotland near the coast, so theres not much of a friendly environment for forests and fungi
  21. i spotted this beautiful toadstool today. i half expected to see a little faerie sitting underneath it.
  22. wow today was a great day for getting mail. i got these fabby frog coins and several envies with pathtags in. i got the coins from a very helpful friend who went to the geocoin event, except the purple cache hopper. that one came in another envie and i have no idea who sent it to me, there was no senders address or any clue as to where it came from. so who ever sent that one to me i thank you very much. i love it.
  23. a photo of jack looking very much like a baby yeti
