  1. Count us in !! Dorset sounds good too - love that area. We'll finally be able to thank Stuey in person for all the great caches !
  2. Congratulations to the JJ Noodle Fan Club who reached 100 caches this weekend !!!
  3. Well, I paint suncatchers, not glasses, but I know what you mean . . . Besides there are probably only going to be <20 MoonHerb glass paintings (before I move onto stained glass). There are 5000 jeep TB's !! (We could arrange a postal swap though . . . )
  4. I'm from England, we're second class citizens of the world, we never get any of these 'promotions' . . . . . . .
  5. Sounds like a positive response . . . I think what I'll do is wrap it properly and then print a label for it with a description, a picture and the words 'do not unwrap until you get home' on it.
  6. I've been doing a fair amount of glass painting recently and I was thinking of placing some of the finished articles in caches, either as signature items, first-to-finds or just 'normal' trade items. In placing them I'd make sure they were wrapped properly - as I would if I were posting them. The question is, therefore, would this be acceptable ??
  7. Like I said it's in Belas Knap now so it seems to be doing a tour of the Burial Mounds !! Maybe someone else who finds it could attach a 'proper' TB tag to it and send it on its way ??
  8. I'd love to do the London caches (or at least some of them ). Before I got into Caching I was visiting London every month or so for work and had some boring evenings infront of the TV in a hotel ! Since starting Geocaching, I've only been back to London once, and that was only a working day trip ! D'oh !
  9. If I were you I'd change the thread title to include the words 'Essex', Travel Bug' and 'Help'. Otherwise people might not know what you're after . . . . . . . . . Your other option is to email the cache owner directly. BTW:I'd do it but I'm no where near Essex !
  10. We found a plastic doll/baby in the Waylands Smithy cache. On investigation we found a scrap of paper inside a holder with the following on it: Had a look around the BBC Wiltshire website and couldn't find anything to do with caching ! Can anyone shed any light on this ? BTW: We've now placed it in the Belas Knap cache . . . .
  11. I've been trying to get a dialogue going with the Forestry Commission which covers the Forest of Dean (Gloucestershire) but they're just not responding to my emails ! Any Suggestions ?
