Today I recieved my 2006... I mean 2005 Alabama coin. I also got a GBA coin club coin. Talk about an impressive coin! But the real show stealer was the AWESOME Team Badger coin.

I'm just curious if anyone took you up on that offer. It was one of the better ones that I've seen.

I recall someone using rhodium, but I'm not sure about that. I thought rhodium was just a coating? I prefer the antiqued brass and silver coins, though some look better when polished.

And no, I'm not whining, because I'm not buying any of these.

Even if it's not going to be changed I still want to say that the icon by YemonYime looks 589 time better than what's being used right now. Is anyone going to look at that and say "Thank heavens it's labled 'USA', I never would have known otherwise!".

I give up, what's the secret? Does it have something to do with the light cover things not being the same on the Jeep? Is that even intentional? It looks like a mistake to me. Or maybe it's something to do with all the dead space on the back? And why is there a vulture on the grave? I've never seen a vulture like that. A raven or crow maybe, but a vulture?

I think that LE metals are just plain stupid. That being said I'll always try to get the most limited metal when trading/buying, but if I can't then I couldn't care less. It's the same coin no matter how you look at it. I don't own a single coin in multiple metals. When we were making the New York coin there wasn't even any talk about having a limited metal. As far as personals I don't mind if someone has different metals, but when they want me to trade 3 of my coins for 3 of theirs, just because they're different colors I get really put off. I can't understand why anyone would do that.

I'm looking for: Vacman version 1 USA 2004 Geowoodstock 3 I have some of my person coins left to trade. I also have a 2005 Georgia to trade for something, though I have nothing specific in mind. I have one of those, but it's for cache hiders LOL. Seriously, though, you should post their caching names if they don't get back to you. These forums are way to sugar coated and more people need to speak their minds and be blunt. As far as getting stiffed on a trade I've been lucky, since it hasn't happened to me yet. I'm sure that 99% of the people here are honest, but there's bound to be some questionable ones. I see no reason at all not to out them. It's not an attack, it's a warning to others.

You've got to be kidding me, the first series just came out! What possible reason is there to sell version 2 when some people have not even recieved their version 1? And I didn't buy a version 1, so this can't be concidered a whine.

Me too. I don't like the new one at all. The whole USA with the thick red line at the bottom seems pretty redundant to me.

Sure some people buy lots of coins, but you know you're addicted if you carry your current favorite around in your pocket...
