  1. Ok double checked and here are the outstanding (waiting for) missions, please post here or let me know when they have arrived. GeoCharmer81; RecipeForDisaste; jpbarr; Linus Blue; Longtomsilver; Kotala; Dofferson
  2. From the records I've been keeping 13 of 24 have completed their missions, 10 can be identified as enroute. BUT I have one mission person who has not responded to any emails nor has updated since asking to have a mission, I will cover that mission after allowing for some time encase it has been sent. I'll contact their mission recipient Monday.
  3. Patience, yours is coming from across the ocean

EMAIL SENT TO MYSELF: October 4th 2015 NAME RECEIVED: October 6th 2015 MISSION SENT: Oct. 9 2015 MISSION ARRIVED: MISSION RECEIVED: Oct. 22nd 2015 But I will wait to open it on Halloween Day Mission #2 NAME RECEIVED: October 7th 2015 MISSION SENT: Oct. 9 2015 MISSION ARRIVED: MISSION RECEIVED: Oct.30/15 On the last day of mail before Halloween I received my other mission so this afternoon I was able to open them up with great anticipation and both were outstanding. Thank you to Dofferson & Longtomsilver for your coins, tags and treats, all coins that I do not have and are wonderful to look at. Now as it happens my Missions were to both of you and they will be late as the packages were to large to send by airmail and the post office told me 4-6 weeks (Note to self: Start missions early next year) I'll also have an update later on everyone's missions. Now from Dofferson, a Speak, Friend & Trade coin and a cute Snail tag. From longtomsilver, a German Reviewer's geocoin and the Kolnerdom geocoin. Thank You to both of you and I hope it is not a to long of a wait for your packages.

  11. Just over 24 hrs left to participate If there is no objection I'll add my name to the mission, at this time it gives us 22 evenly distributed missions - To Europe 8, USA 7 and Canada 7. There are a few new to the mission challenge so bare with me as I send you your mission participant, I'll send a short but direct instruction PLEASE communicate in the forum that you have received your mission participant name, send the mission, received your mission. I hate to nag but I will cause I have a lot of time on my hands and this is the only way I & you can tell if your missions have achieved their goals. Now also allow time to send and receive those mission but keep us informed and I won't nag Wishing you all a happy mission!! EMAIL SENT TO MYSELF: October 4th 2015 NAME RECIEVED: MISSION SENT: MISSION ARRIVED: MISSION RECIEVED: Oh I forgot whose turn is it to get the popcorn ready
  12. Well it is "Fall" as of tomorrow and that means pumpkins and candy But it is late for a mission so this one has to be quick, have a coin ready and pick a card (or make one if you can't find one) and be ready to send it when you receive your mission recipient. One regular size (1.5 or larger) geocoin & card, if you wish to send more (coins, swag, candy, etc) please do so but remember some countries are very selective to what you send. To "enter", send me an email to kini_ont@live.ca and by posting here!!! I'll need your caching & real name and the address you want the mission to go to. EMAIL SENT: NAME RECIEVED: MISSION SENT: MISSION ARRIVED: MISSION RECIEVED: Please "enter" by October 5, 2015 Names chosen by random and sent to you approximately October 6,2015 Be ready to send YOUR MISSION when you have gotten it!!
  13. - Mail Call - And the Mystery continues, thank you Mystery Sender!
  14. Having coordinated a Mega or 2 I know how much work goes into it and that donations are very appreciated. So I'll have a few coins and some time I see to put them together I'll let you know when I've sent them.
  15. Thank you Seekerfamily I for one have always enjoyed the cointests that have run here and will try to continue them. No did not get selected to run with the torch (in my case it would have been walk slowly)but did know a few of the participants who were lucky too. I was able to see and be at the town ceremony when it arrived in Penetanguishene, we've had a few world class athletes reside in our fair community so it was fitting that we be included in a stop of the torch relay. The second picture was of my swag tag which will be included in the geocoin celebrating Canada's first geocache, there's been a slight delay of the coin and swag due to production problems but I'm sure that it will work out in the long run. Interesting enough at an event celebrating the 15th year I met a fellow cacher (The Marathon Man) who also participated in the geocoin project, he lives 10 1/2 hrs away but waited at the coordinates for our event to happen as he was passing through. I'll try and remember to post a picture of the trades of the project as there are many interesting colourizations done. BTW your geocoin will be in Monday's mail to you. The final of course is the 400th year celebrations of the arrival of Samuel de Champlain, many of the caches are spotted on the trails for this man who visited same 400 years ago. Hope to take in the festivities and may be even hold a caching event at that time.
  16. It has been decided that you all are winners! And the 5 of you should get this great looking geocoin, send me addies and I'll get the coin to you Happy Canada Day
  17. Well the cointest is now ended and choosing a winner will take place on Canada Day (July 1) as for ticket allocation stebens6, Ogima & Jesterphox receive all 15 tickets, seekerfamily with 11 and Toojin has 8. Good luck
  18. Checking all the coin activation names there are 3 named "GC&PC March 2014 Celtic Wolf-Wolf Moon". The Full Pink & the Full Flower-Midnite Madness geocoins were named such as well adding to the confusion.
  19. Desperately seeking Colonel Cachington's Unicorn On my wish list for a long time so here I will try to seek a trade (& yes I know I missed one on EB ) or maybe this one Thank you!
  20. It has been a long time since I've held a geocoin contest and what better time to call one ~ It's Summer Time and Celebrations are happening all over our town, province & nation. I've picked out 3 celebrations that I'll be part of, in fact one just happened today. So with that I post a picture and you get to do a little digging and answer some questions. Each correct answer (or close to it if the judges are in agreement) gets you a ticket with your name on it for a draw. Winning prize is a geocoin. This geocoin: The cointest will run from today till June 30th at that time I'll post how many tickets you've accumulated. The drawing will be on July 1st "Canada Day". You may submit answers every 24 hours (once a day) but you only get credit for 1 correct answer (so if you get all 15 possible questions right on the first day I'll pm you so that you can start giving wrong answers to throw off the others ). Good Luck All! What is this? What meaning does it bring & when? Tell me about it (size, weight, etc.)? ~ Possible 8 tickets here! Easy one what are we celebrating & when? GC code & original date of placement? ~ 4 tickets here. A rendez-vous of sorts What is the celebration, when & why? 3 possible tickets here.
  21. I've got 11 versions. Full Cold Dec Moon, Full Corn Moon, Full Flower Moon – Midnite Madness GW, Full Frost Moon, Full Hunter (Harvest), Full Pink Moon, Full Rose, Full Strawberry Moon (micro), Full Sturgen Moon, Full Thunder, Wolf Moon I think that's all
  22. Any of the coin stores can set you up with making and designing a coin. Cost varies due to number of coins produced & design complexity, you can expect the coin production to run from $7 to $11 again depending on the mentioned. Because you've mentioned that you will be approaching the city & historical society you (they) may want to include some of the area highlights in the design. Several coins have been made with this in mind including trail coins for after completing the task. Best of luck with your presentation we look forward to seeing your endeavour.
  23. I have a few of these geocoins left for purchase or trade, email or message me if interested.
  24. Non-activated geocoins will always be more attractive if sold, there are a few exceptions of course.
