  6. I posted my first earthcache for review on January 13th and have not heard anything yet. Was just a simple as placing a traditional cache, but not sure how long it will take with the new system--my "traditional caches" have always been posted in a day or two tops....I

  13. I was having the tone/beeping issue with my Legend HCX (and MAC). Contact tech support and they wanted me to send unit in for repair post the "upgrade". I went a bought a new 2gig card instead and redownloaded the maps...seemed less of a hassle for something that is not really wrong.
  14. I am having the dreaded buzzing issue. Contacted Garmin and they asked me to send the unit in for repair...what a PITA.

  17. Does it have the basemap, MapSource and Trip Waypoint Manager Software too? I am sure I can find a wrist strap for it somewhere else...
  18. Plan on getting an iTouch and to load the Groundspeak app. Will report on how well it works shortly. Have been out caching w/my Aunt and Uncle and using their Magellan to date.
  19. Want to get an entry level GPS for geocaching and they are all about the same price.....can some one give me their feedback on which "they think is best"? Also may take on trip to Europe to help with finding our way....any experience with the Delorme off US soil...know I would have to buy the maps for the Garmins.... Thank you.
