  1. You listing is on hold and awaiting in the queue. You have added the requested info, your cache should be reviewed shortly.
  2. Thread closed upon request.
  3. Thread closed upon request.
  4. If I know you did not set the cache, I will not publish it. As before, how would you know if it were not on another listing site or the final of an old puzzle cache?
  5. At the rate I am seeing caches published around here, I can't imagine it getting any busier. Our reviewers are incredibly busy and responsive. If you are waiting a couple of days, use the time to go out and find a few more caches and get some ideas on how others hide their caches. True, I said that when I brought on a second reviewer for Ontario, then another as I stepped off a little and now there are three full time reviewers for Ontario not including myself. I must say they do a great job as I do watch the Ontario queue. In fact, as far as I am concerned, then entire Canadian review team does a great job, things are much busier then when I reviewed the country
  6. As far as I am concerned, the reviewer did contact the cache owner at the time of review and again a month later. There will be no further action taken on our part. The cache belongs to the cache placer, therefore I also will not request it removed as a reviewer, although I am always happy when CITO occurs.
  7. Don't forget, this is also a long weekend, we might be a little busier once we get back from our excursion out.
  8. Looking at the co-ordinates given, there are within 27 feet of an unpublished cache with a posted date around the date indicated in the logbook. The cache has an unresolved issue that was never addressed by the cache owner and therefore could not be published due to this issue.

    Spider ID Help

Looks like a banana spider, had a few of them around the house, scary fella's when they take up residence in the grape vine at the entrance of the shed about head height only seeing him at about 6 inches away.
  10. Just wondering if you deleted or cleared the caches in your GPS before loading the new set, this had caught me when I first starting caching when I was not thinking. Once the GPS was full, it did not load anything past 1000 cache in my Garmin GPS12CX. Not sure what my newer GPS does, but I refresh my PQ files weekly, clear and reload the GPS to remove the archived and found caches before going out (when we can get out).
  11. This is your last warning in the thread, please be a positive contributor or do not post. Thank you.
  12. I actually went through the bookmark list (found only 1 I missed the log on) and updated it today. Unless a cache was removed and not logged, the boomark list is up to date. Bookmark list About half the caches on the list have been pick up.
  13. Split out unto its own topic as it was not on topic to the original thread. Enjoy.
  14. As some have noted, the OGPSTH caches were archived yesterday. The cache owner has indicated they would like help in picking up the remaining caches left out, the following bookmark is a list of the caches under the OGPSTH account suspected to be still out. http://www.geocaching.com/bookmarks/view.a...20-9fd0255fb282 If the cache is removed, please log the cache as removed on the listing page so I can remove the cache from the bookmark list. As discussed with the cache owner, caches in place are their responsibility, any CITOed caches will not be returned. Futher, this only includes the caches under the OGPSTH account, some of the caches were submitted or adopted over to other accounts, these caches are not to be removed.

  19. Please keep it family friendly eh, the " j/k" does not cancel out. The questions should also be as geocaching related as well. Thanks.
  20. I don't think it has anything to do with "Groundspeak Rules" and anonymity, but the license agreement when you access the data, of whom would be Groundspeak adding it to the geocaching.com site as a redistribution site of the data as indicated from this long ago thread. How about Canadian Benchmarks? If you look at post 15 in this tread Canadian Bench Marks Access was granted but never provided properly. Since that time, the focus has been set to Waymarking and has been set up there for Canadian Benchmarks. If you do a search in the forums, there are a number of treads throughout concerning Canadian Benchmarks.
