New digital topos are available for the following provinces:

 

- BC

- Alberta

- Ontario

- Quebec

- Newfoundland & Labrador

 

These 1:50,000 topo sets are provided on DVD and give complete coverage of the province purchased.

 

They work with FUGAWI GPS Software, which has great Geocaching support for PC, Pocket PC and Palm.

 

All other provinces are coming soon.

[Find Geocaches By Clicking On Any Map]

FUGAWI GPS Software has now added support for LOC files and an interactive

search for caches (from www.geocaching.com), which lets users search for caches by a click on a topo map, display their

caches on the map and upload them to GPS or Pocket PC or Palm.

[Geocaching Map Support]

I just found out that with FUGAWI GPS Software, if you open up any map, select the "?" tool, and click on a spot, a Geocaching submenu appears. Selecting this will provide a list of all the Geocaches near the point clicked on (from Geocaching.com).

 

Also caches can be downloaded (LOC Files) and are automatically imported into FUGAWI, from where one can upload to GPS.

 

They don't seem to be advertising this feature though - its hidden...
