  14. I think you need to bid directly to MrExplorer3 or whoever is offering each coin?
  15. The photobucket site is actually pretty easy to use and they provide the code you need to insert in to your post to make it appear on the web. I agree that sending right from your computer to Groundspeak would be easier, but I guess they are trying to keep their costs down by not letting their bandwidth get out of control!
  16. Sent a bid in to MREXPLORER3, lets all show some Christmas Spirit here people!
  17. Still waiting patiently for mine, although Canada usually takes a few extra days due to having to clear customs
  18. I would like to say thanks to all the cachers that have placed caches in the places I have travelled (and close to home). Your efforts and caches have brought me a lot of enjoyment since I started this hobby!
  19. I have been extra nice this year, although I was tempted many times to be naughty! Also DubyaDee just did something very nice for me out of the blue so I think that they DEFINITELY deserve to be on the nice list!
  20. Hi Idasam, Sorry to hear of your coin trading troubles. I have not had the misfortune of having anyone not follow through with their trade to date and am surprised that this happened to you. Hopefully it will not truly keep you away from this very fun part of the hobby.
  21. One other method of getting some coins done up is through one of the many semi personals that are run through the forums. Usually these types of coins have your caching name and a selection of colors that you can choose, but the basic design is shared by many cachers who participate in each program. Examples of this are the Nerd geocoins, Team Geocache Hockey Jerseys and GeoJellies to name a few. This can be an inexpensive way of getting coins to trade up or even with other coins, or give out on your own as swag. By far the biggest advantage of these types of projects is you usually only need to order a much smaller minimum of coins (typically 20 coins) to participate. At an average of 7-9 dollars a coin, or sometimes even less, this is a good deal and not a bad strategy to start building a collection. Hope that helps.
