I keep the email in the in box till the trade is done then print it off & move it to my trade for coins file. I then write on the page the date when I send it & keep them in a file folder when the trade comes in I put the date received & move it to a coin received file then email & put a line through it.May be archaic but works well

Great idea.It will work as long as people read the missions (which quite often they don't) I have a TB tag that was coming from Ontario to me in Sooke BC made it to Victoria & then went to Texas ...I beleive but on it's way to Saskatewan ! Hopefully it will make it back to me ... If you do want a few to make it to the west coast of Canada I'm in..

My other 1/2 does glass & we have talked ALOT about this and have even made a few personal coins of copper washers with a stamped in Whitebear & a # with a glass paw print bead melted (fused)into the centre in the kiln. the coin we had discussed was using small pieces of dicroic glass to form the geocaching symbol and then fusing it onto a round glass blank that way the other side could have a tracking number etched or sandblasted in it....it is possible to do if it was ever approved(would be very labour intensive)
