Last December 7th in Cheyenne, WY. we had 6 feet of snow in our driveway. The snow blows into drifts. I had to put the blade on the four wheeler to open a path down our 1000 foot driveway so I could get to work 65 miles away in Greeley CO. When I showed up in the ER they were surprised to see me because most of the locals were snowed in. (City slickers) The hospital called a "code orange" which is the disaster code, all Doctors and nurses had to stay at the hospital. I was stuck at work for 6 days. When I drove home the next day, Cheyenne got an additional 5 feet of snow. These were the same snow storms that hit Denver..... we just got more. Should have heard my neighbor from California whine! I was born and raised in COLO. and I have been a skiier since I was 3 years old. A little snow doesn't stop me.
