This one has more of a pencil beam. It is excellent for long range stuff like looking for wildlife at night. Batteries can be found anywhere, and rechargeable ones can be had if you use it a bunch as I do.

    UC40-UE~$64 on amazon

This one is smaller, lighter, has a rechargeable battery inside and charges from a micro USB cord. More flood pattern than spot. This is the light I carry on my duty belt.

    Turbo: 960 Lumens (1 hour 30 minutes)

    High: 400 Lumens (3 hours 45 minutes)

    Mid: 110 Lumens (16 hours)

    Low: 10 Lumens (150 hours)

Tri-fuel capable: USB charging/18650 Li-ion cell or two CR123A batteries

    Length: 5.8in/147mm

    Diameter: 1inch/25.4mm

Weight: 5.1oz/144 grams (including the battery)

  2. x 11ty on the eTrex 20. I have one that I originally got for enduro motorcycle riding in the mountains of CO. It has a dedicated geocaching function on it although I don't use it for some reason. Get the etrex 20 and a set of rechargeable batteries and car cord for it. I love mine! Also, they've really dropped in price since I got mine 2 years ago. $130 for a refurbed unit and $170 for a brand new one.
