I am a new member here and only found this resource while trying to locate additional contact information for GPSCrazy. I won't bore everyone with my scenario - my situation is very similar to Teamfrog's.
I have tried contacting them through their eBay account as well as by phone and e-mail with no response.
My complaint that is filed with the Illinois BBB expires today (they have until today to respond to us - I'm not holding my breath).
If anyone else is thinking of buying from them, I would caution against it.
