  1. Discover away, more pleasure for everyone involved out of my hard earned bucks. If you saw it, touched it, or drolled over it, that is good enough for me. I like that a lot better than placing it in a cache and having nothing roll in at all there after. Glen
  2. I missed the event, but I hope your coin shows up! I hope you had a great time otherwise.... Glen
  3. It is a great place to find coins that have sold out or come from unknown sources. There are pricing extremes in both directions. Sometimes a single coin can be bought very close or under the original price. I buy and sell a lot of coins there. I buy for various reasons, sometimes I do not keep up on the forums and miss the coins. A lot of coins were minted before I started collecting them. You do have to watch though, some sellers will break up a coin set and sell the freebies that came with the original coin. Some are selling activated coins without describing them that way. I almost sold an activated coin that was supposed to be on a journey in Rome. I decided to activate one for my collection and was quite surprised to find it had already been activated. The coin came in a bag of 20 that I bought from the supplier, an honest mistake that could have been ugly. If you check their feedback and they have been selling coins for a while, you can bid with relative confidence. Glen
  4. Castleman Seahorse I guess I do not know and do not need to know the history here, sorry if I stepped on soebody's toes. Glen Edited due to content that for reasons unknown to me offended somebody. Glen
  5. Paid for a black Nickel and a Copper to go with the other five I already have. Thanks for the cool coins... great cause. Glen
  6. These are smoking hot! Awesome, low, sleek, mean, look fast just sitting there! Glen
  7. We are interested in buying a few, looks like a good one to share. Glen
  8. What the dog people above me said, who can argue with a big old dog like that? Glen
  9. I'll take a ten pack Larry. I think I set about 50 of those free last year, most unactivated in caches or as bonus coins on Ebay orders. Glen
  10. I sent two photos and the hand drawn line art. I have a guy locally that is drawing a heavier line art rendition, he is exceptional, but has not been moving very fast. Glen
  11. Me too, I looked through his trader list though and do not have any that he is seeking. That is the story of my life! Glen
  12. You have to admit, it is not my Bud Boy! Bud has his own coin now though, if you meet him, you can claim him as a travel bug....
  13. Can I et a copper and a black nickel of the LE coins? If not, the black nickel looks great to me. Thanks, Glen
  14. We are having some extreme differences in artwork on these. I am really disappointed in that end of it. I would like for the coin to look like my dog, but so far it does not look like a German Shepherd, or even a dog for that matter. Glen
  15. Oneyedjack's new personal coin.... awesome! Red Cross another great coin! Thanks all! Glen
  16. Looks like I have to buy one of each... Just have to! Glen

  18. Count me in these are awesome and I love steam locos. I see serious Pay Pal damage headed my way. ...again... Glen
  19. Very Nice! Email sent for the first transport load... Thanks, Glen
  20. The Geocoinclub coin and pathtags.... kind of cool! K-9R coin, a must have with all of our Shepherds! The yellow Jeep geocoin!! WOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!! That one completed the set of five colors, white, red, green, blue and yellow! I did not think I would be able to get all five, but it was fun! I had two red ones, from two different cachers and sent one on. Thanks all involved for making this possible. Glen
  21. I am not so sure we can change names as easily as we used to.... I started caching about the same time that we were shopping for a new diesel pickup. We were hauling around six of us then, the rattle from the diesel engine and crew from the mandatory big cab we needed. We still drive diesel trucks, but no longer need the crew cab. It was the geomachine at the time. I always liked the sound of the diesel rattle, I know... I even like the smell of the raw fuel... Some of the rich settings on the cuty buses and trash trucks can produce exhaust that can about gag me though. I think the affection for the diesel is from fond farming memories as a young man.... Glen
  22. Mine came in and I gave one away already, no wonder this game is so expensive... Thanks for the cool coins! Glen
