Please forgive my ignorance, because I asked this question on Geocaching Official Facebook page and Official Blog, unfortunately got no reply so far
The thing is I was wondering if that is enough to attend any! kind of event on Mar. 14 whatsoever to earn the special souvenir. Not a CITO event, not a special event just an ordinary meet up on that day.
