  2. Hi Rolku, It's all working now thanx :-) I have one small buglet.............I can only seem to save the file to a root dir of a drive? 3. Hi All, For those who don't know about SETI please see here. If you join or are already a member then perhaps you would like to join the team Geocachers of the World Unite started by Mark Thomson a promenant figure in UK Geocaching who died recently. Mark was the main instigator in the birth of GeocacheUK the very vital resources for Geocaching in the UK. WoodSmoke
  4. This will work, but a more flexible way is to use the fields in the export dialog box. My currently looks like: but I am sure it can be even more improved. 12. There are no roads on it, but it does show you the layout of caches easily. Also you can click on one to open the cache page. The bit Kitty Hawk is refering to....................look at the dot/s below Portsmouth and then zoom right in :-) WoodSmoke
  13. Hi All, Just a reminder for the oldies and a pointer for the newbies of all the resources available free to use here. As well as the forums and the live chatroom. There is also the stats pages which include the absolutely wonderfull interactive map, if you've not tried it, then now is the time (remember to click 'NO' if the alert pops up while it's loading). Don't forget the cache search which can be done from your Postcode. After searching you can also download the waypoints in various formats to suit lots of mapping/gps applications. An all this for free :-) Please remember it takes about 24 hours to update the stats so you have to be patient for new caches and your last finds to be shown. If you are a newbie then you have to have found a cache and wait for it to be shown on G:UK before it will recognise your stats. Lets hope you all use these resources as alot of work has gone in to them, and is still going on, to make them available for the UK community. WoodSmoke
  14. Hi All, For those who are not aware there is (and has been for a many years) another set of Geocaching forums solely for the use of UK cachers. Find it here Quite a few people from this forum have already moved across, and now I am encouraging/inviting all the other UK cachers to do so as well. See you all there for a UK only discussion on any topic you like (including non Geocaching). WoodSmoke
