  3. spotted the compass rose icon
  4. I'm on the list for two of this coins, but I got a problem. Since I live in the netherlands I can't pay by personal check, money order or cashier's check. I can however pay by paypal, but the seller can't accept paypal yet. I'm looking for someone in the USA that can help me out with this, I can send paypal payments, so I am searching for someone that can accept that, and then send a personal check, money order or cashier's check to the coin maker (Tandemaniacs).
  5. cool! I didn't have to do anything, and I got a lot more differend icons nog I did also noticed a few day's ago that the gb geocoin is now called "Midwest Geobash Coins"
  6. email send Would be great if you can help out!
  7. I just received the coin in the natherlands, thanks, it looks great! we will release it very soon.
  8. great! what name will they have on geocaching.com? compass rose coin? or just usa coin? (since they are working together)
  9. new members did get a green ring, others did get the red ring.
  10. I agree with that. Although automated systems are very usefull, and could save a lot of time, there is no guarantee that they will be there forever. when working with stickers, I think AB4N's method is usefull.
  11. great! now it's more a geocoin, because there's a cache on it. Would be great to have them trackable on geocaching.com (and you would only need to sell 250 for that, because there are going to be 4 coins) mailed for 2
  12. Looks great, I would like to but one of those.
  13. If still possible, I would like to buy one.
  14. Since this topic is about shipping lots of coins, I got one question. In about a few weeks we are going to have a geocoin created in the Netherlands (Don't pm me for orders) If they do not sell out within the Netherlands, we will also accept US orders. I did already trade some coins with US cachers, but some took a real long time to get there (4 weeks) and some didn't arrive, while others did get there withing 5 day's. It is possible to send coins insured, but it's a lot more expensive (about $8 for one coin, while normal shipping is $2) So my question is, should I give people the chance to choose if they want insured shipping? or should I only use insured shipping?
  15. If still possible, I would like to order two coins.
  16. I received mine, at the other side of the ocean (the netherlands) thanks!
  17. I think that you'll have to calculate costs for 50 gram per coin. are they going to be send from the netherlands? or to the neterherlands? Team Simpson lives in the netherlands
  18. I'm currently building a web site in php with a mysql database, for a coin that will be for sale in a few weeks. If someone fills in the order form, the data is automaticly stored in the database. When we need to send out the orders when the coins are here, I only have to print the generated list of orders, and the generated list of adresses (on stickers) Another usefull thing of it is that it will automaticly close if 1000 orders are reached (so no over-ordering)
  19. Works verry well, recently tested it with a usa coin that traveled for 2 years. (normaly I use it to clean my steam engines)
