  2. Yes, we released a fix for this issue yesterday, I had no time so far to update this thread, thanks for reminding me!
  3. It looks like the issue has been fixed. I'm seeing archived caches and events in the geocaches section of my profile on both the "found" and "hidden" side. Thanks for addressing this HQ.

  5. Like Keystone said, the underlying issue was fixed. It sometimes takes a little while for the find count to update in all places. I just checked your profile, and I see it is now showing 16058 finds.
  6. Two additions to my list of dark categories where officers do as they like despite everythis else: 1) Official Tourism Attractions will get no more WM from me. Officer deemed a WM not edible on account of being a "lazy" WM. By that, I suppose, he means that he wanted more text. Despite the absence of any reference in the category's rules to a minimum text. Still, there were three paragraphs with about six lines. WM submitted, it was returned with a note to include sources. Not requested in the category rules but I found no problem in adding this which I did. It seems someone sent the WM for officers votes and it was APPROVED, therefore it was published. Just for the officer on his own terms and against the will of the college of offices manually overrule the voting and decline it.   7. A while ago I made the following post: Posted 3 hours ago If I look at the number of found caches on the green banner on top of pages I see current count found as 16055 which is wrong. However if I look at the statistics or profile pages I see 16058 which is correct. A glitch somewhere in the system? It was answered by a moderator as solved and then the topic was closed. The problem is not resolved! I still have different found counts depending on where I look.
  8. The fixes were completed and HQ has the app for review. I would expect it to be submitted very soon.
  9. I have tagged a number of great story logs, and a couple of helpful logs. I have also seen quite a few votes up in my browsing. It's certainly quite possible that their use is pretty regional.

    Wherigo Apps!

    I'm planning on going on vacation soon and there are a bunch of Wherigo's there but unfortunately it doesn't look like GS is in any hurry to update their Wherigo Player. Does anybody else use a different Wherigo Player for IOS?

  15. I can asnwer myself - it has been enough to edit the last log to trigger the update. And thanks again for the quick response.
  16. I would recommend deleting your log and posting it again to ensure that your find count is updated. Please let us know if it does not resolve the issue.
  17. Thanks for info. However I still see an incorrect number on my profile as well as on my friend's profile. Should I delete my last log and post it again to trigger the found count update? Or just wait a bit?
  18. No..! Still no instant notifications. Shilo, are you in Florida by any chance? All those that I know are having this issue are in Florida. Just grabbing for some facts that might help with a solution. I’d think if all AT&T users were having the problem, there would be a major push to getting it solved.
  19. The issue with the Add Lab app have now been resolved.
  20. The engineers were able to fix the issues with the find counts not updating. We believe it was related to the outage we were having with the Adventure Lab platform which is now resolved. Thanks to everyone for your patience while we identified and resolved the issues.

  22. Because the details mentioned are shown on the Profile page under Geocaches, and the total shown at the top right corner of the profile is incorrect.
