Zip Codes And City Names

How/when do you update your zip code information? I keep hoping the Woodinville problem will get corrected but since it isn't happening:

1. 98072 is the main Zip code for Woodinville, WA -- NOT Cottage Lake which is an area of Woodinville. The first geocaches were placed in the Cottage Lake area, I remember that.

2. 98077 is a valid zip code which is in Unincorporated King County, East of Avondale Road, West of the city of Duvall, and is considered part of Woodinville. It was added two years ago to the zip code system.
