60cs Map Transfer

I am going to Zion National Park and to Bryce Canyon via Las Vegas. Can I load the maps from Steets and Trips and the topos from the US Parks West also? Will they overlay?

You could load maps from Garmin's City Select and Topo at the same time but you can only see one at a time. You cannot load maps from Streets and Trips onto the 60CS

it is fine to transfer moltiple tipes of maps on to your gps. you will nead to pick all the maps that you you wanton the unit and transfer then at one time. after you tranfer them, on the map page push menu, then scrole down to setup map, press enter. that will bring upa list of the maps that you transferd on to the unit(you can only see one of the map pices at a time in the list)then press minu agine, that will bring up a miny that will let you choose what tipe of map that you want to the unit to display. the uit will only display one at a time. I recomend that you tell it to show none then tell it what one that you want.

If you mean microsoft streets and trips it wont transfer to a garmin gps

Note that when you load multiple mapsets, you an only see one at a time. They do not overlay. By default, the most detailed map (City Select) shows up on top. You have to hide City Select to see the Topo map. More info in questions 7,8 and 9 of the Maps Section of the FAQ.

We are doing the same thing, next week! Also going via Las Vegas, have some geocaches loaded for Utah as well, if we have time!
