Just One Line

Recommended Posts

And after a little bit of stress relief, here's our very own Geocaching poem. I will make my replacement "ode to the cacher" tb ready for my trip up north. Thanks again everyone.

Just one line

(A poem by cachers for cachers)

From England to the world afar

I go to a geo cache in my car

I take this bug, who knows to where...

And Wellington boots I will share...

To start a journey for all to share

The travel Bug will go far

But wherever you go, there you are.

It might even go to Erin's Isle

But to get that far may take a while

North or south, east or west

Writing your own poem will still be best!

"Don't leave me in a cache coloured orange..."

And don't leave a sticky lozenge

And if you find a rhyme for purple

Then to the cache, you'll have to hirple

Thru a pile of scary nettles

The TB and cache is hid in a kettle

And if it might make it right down to Oz . . .

Then g'day to you because...

Because, because, because, becauuuuuuse, because of the wonderful things he does..... We're off to see the wizard, the wonderful wizard of oz.....

Moooooon river, wider than a mile...

I hope this poem makes you smile

And to scroll down and read this lot does take a while.
