+Anonymous' Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Today I found out how much fun it is to go caching with other people. I thought I might start this topic as a place to think of caches to go do together as groups. I would like this to be mainly focused in Snohomish and King counties. Maybe we can think of a weekend to go do something in May. Quote
+Slider & Smurf Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 I'm currently orphaned while Slider is back in Australia ... I've not been able to get to any of the events since we arrived, so it would be great to meet up with some WA cachers!! Located in Bellevue/Redmond, but happy to travel a little for cache density Quote
MarcusArelius Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Wow you can't get much denser than Redmond. Quote
+Slider & Smurf Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Yeah ... but I suspect most of the locals have cleaned the place out already - and I don't mind a bit of a hike if required!! Quote

Lords Hill, Lime Kiln Trail, Monte Cristo, Wallace Falls. I'm sure others can suggest some good groupings of caches also. Quote

Another suggestion I have is GeoRoo's Drive/View caches along US2. Smurf...Let me introduce you to LittleBlue...she'll probably drag you around where ever you want to go...she's a one-woman Cache Machine. I look forward to meeting you and Slider soon. Welcome to the Great Pacific NW! Quote
+LittleBlue Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Thanks, jcar, for hosting the night cache trip and the root beer floats! Above and beyond the call of duty ! Here are some that are on my schedule for this summer. Lords Hill, Lime Kiln Trail, Monte Cristo, Wallace Falls. I'm sure others can suggest some good groupings of caches also. Ooh- the lime Kiln Trail series is high on my list as well. As is Tiger mountain. I have good tracks for many of the trails at Lord Hill Park if you want them. I have two caches in the park- one's a puzzle. Smurf...Let me introduce you to LittleBlue...she'll probably drag you around where ever you want to go...she's a one-woman Cache Machine. Ha ha! I am happy to cache anywhere, anytime, tho! Well, anywhere, anyway! Quote
+LandRover Posted May 1, 2005 Posted May 1, 2005 Here's one for the list Ring of Fire, North of Hoquiam. This has been on my todo list since my early days of caching way back in October of 04. Quote

I need to do Lords Hill as well, I haven't done Monte Crisco or Lime Kiln Trail, but I did do all the Wallace Falls caches except the upper falls. We didn't have enough time Quote
