JesusFreeK
I'm sorry if the answer to this is obvious... I've looked and I can't find any explanation. When I go back to some of my old logs from previous months, I notice that the number of caches I have found next to my name is lower than it really is. When I go to my profile, it has the real number. Does the number of caches indicated next to a user's name signify how many they had found up to that point? Or am I just missing something obvious... or am I crazy? Something about the ocean makes me rise up and praise Something about the heavens makes me stand in awe again Quote Link to comment
+worldtraveler
It's the number of caches you had found at the time the cache page was most recently updated. The next time the page is updated by you or someone else posting a note or a "found it", etc., the number will change. worldtraveler Quote Link to comment

Aksor+Raskol
Yeah. What the other guy said. I've noticed that too, but try not to get hung up on numbers. Ahh! Ten Sheckle Shirt. One of my fav-o-rite tunes, too! Quote Link to comment
+The Dillon Gang
the logged caches on your "cache page" indicate how many times you have logged sites. if you leave a note it counts as a log. on the other hand the profile stats show how many actual sites you have found or hidden. Take only pictures, leave only footprints. Quote Link to comment
