mloser
After I found that I had a lot more benchmarks loaded into my GPSr than I have printed datasheets (I keep files of them by county, but usually only print what I expect to use on a given trip) I asked my brother to create a quick program to allow me to use my web-enabled phone to look up marks I may not have a sheet for. He created this small app: BM Lookup Page which basically does what Zhanna's applet does but uses an HTML front end so any web enabled device can access it. The program queries the NGS site and returns the datasheet to your device. On my phone what I get back is darn near unreadable, since the phone displays about 20 characters of text across, so it wraps a lot. However, in a benchmarking emergency it has served the purpose well. My brother has offered to share it, so here it is. April 2--the NGS site is down for the weekend so it won't work right now.
