+Marcie/Eric
I think most Nat'l Forests are the same, and I believe someone told me that Nat'l Forest lands were open to geocaching. Link to comment
Tahosa and Sons
That area is under USDA jurisdiction, so it would probaly be ok. Be wise and hide them carefully, lest a muggle finds it. Link to comment

+ShowStop
Some parks in Orange County and the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy have the only Geocaching policies in So Cal of which I'm aware. You would be best suited to direct the question to SoCalAdmin or WestCoastAdmin since they are the local reviewers. Neither frequent this forum much, so just drop them an e-mail through their GC.com profile. Link to comment
mikeh420
National Forests, unlike National Parks, don't have any rules I am aware of that prohibit Geocaching. Most of the ones I have found, plus a few of my own, are in the Angeles Nat. Forest. Link to comment
