Aushiker
Hi There are no doubt other options, but I use GSAK. I use GSAK's filter feature to select the caches I want downloaded and then I "export" them to Cachemate within GSAK. This creates a pdb file which I hotsync to my Palm. The hotsync process updates Cachemate. Hope this helps. Regards Andrew Quote Link to comment

+M-T-P
Its just TOO easy to do to worry about adding in another program like GSAK. 1) Setup a Pocket Query from your http://www.geocaching.com/my/ page, but do not zip it. 2) When the email arrives, save the GPX to your desktop or somewhere where you won't forget it. 3) Run the Convert utility that comes with CacheMate to convert the file to a PDB file which will then be automatically added to your handheld on next sync. EASY IMPROVEMENT: Although the process above is very easy, you can shorten it even more by associating LOC and GPX files with the convert utility in windows. Do this by right-clicking the LOC and GPX file and selecting Open With from the menu. Select the convert utility by browsing to it and then make sure the box at the bottom "Always open with this application" is checked. From this point on, simply open the file directly from your email and it will automatically launch the convert utility. Then, let it do its thing and sync your handheld. Quote Link to comment
+Miragee
Oh, M-T-P, GSAK is a positively brilliant program that makes everything so much easier. And, take it from me, it isn't that bad, although . . . I absolutely couldn't figure up until a couple of weeks ago because I've never worked with a database-type program before. Now, I can't imagine trying to do without it! Quote Link to comment

+Miragee
Check out this long thread in the Software part of the Forums. Those people are the GSAK geniuses and will be able to answer all your questions . . . And, no, it isn't because your version is unregistered. It is just a matter of putting in your location, if you are using "home" as the Centre point. Quote Link to comment
