+Seay me Posted February 24, 2005 Share Posted February 24, 2005 I got my 60c yesterday and just downloaded xImage form the garmin website. I got it loaded and all I can see is how to change waypoint icons and to take a screen shot. I think I read it on these forums, but I was under the assumption we could change the splash screen on the GPSr as well. Am I rememberign wrong or jsut not seeing where to do it? To change the splash screen on the 60c, press MENU->MENU->Setup->ENTR->Welcome Message->ENTR. The text of the splash screen comes up. Edit at will. It would be cool if we could use Ximage to load a graphic. I guess we need to e-mail Garmin with that suggestion. Quote Link to comment
