Jeremy Posted February 22, 2005 Share Posted February 22, 2005 For a while now people have been imbedding background images into the html on cache listings. Although it worked on most browsers it was breaking html rules on the placement, so I added a background option to the edit page for cache listings. If you have a background image for a cache listing you need to change it so it is in the box on the listing's page. On future updates we will be adding HtmlTidy which, if you don't make the change, will remove your "illegal" html from the cache listing entirely. Additionally there was a small problem with unapproved cache listings where the cache could not be enabled after it was disabled. I have fixed this bug and you should now be able to check and uncheck that option so it works. As a side note, enable/disable options for cache listings are now a logging feature instead of a cache listing option. This is so you can provide information for geocachers so they know why the cache has been disabled (or re-enabled). Please note the reason why it is disabled so others looking for the cache will know the status. Thanks! Link to comment
