It's difficult to find comparable specs, but from a while of searching, I've found the following: 505 has 8MB ROM vs. 130's 2MB Screens are the same (and 58,621 colours not 65,000+) 505 apparantly has no infrared, but I find this hard to believe - beaming is a staple of palm ownership 505 is PalmOS 4.0, 130 is PalmOS 4.1 Different shape M505 has no brightness control Specs suggest a maximum of 64Mb memory card in M130 Um... and that's about all I could find out.
