+Birders Posted February 4, 2005 Share Posted February 4, 2005 Hi Folks.. In conjunction with a geocacher in the USA we run two "international" multi-caches - one in the UK and one in the USA. Check the pages for GCM5Q3 and GCM5AH for details.. Would anyone in NZ like to try something similar? Basically it would work like this.. A micro cache is laid in NZ containing co-ordinates for a cache here in the UK. Also, a micro laid here would hold co-ords for a cache in NZ. They would constitute two separate caches but it would be useful if the main cache for one could be near the micro for the other cache so people could try for two. A cacher finds the micro, then advertises either on the cache page or on this forum for a partner at the other end. Once one is found the co-ords are exchanged by email.... then when the person at the other end finds the main cache BOTH can claim the cache. We have long-standing connections with NZ and would very gladly lay a micro and a decent (ammo box) cache over here. Anyone interested? Bren and Ruth Quote Link to comment
