Besides being a great web mail client with good anti-spam filters, it's a good place to direct all your caching mail and pocket queries with 1GB of storage. If you want one, let me know, either on the thread or via email (lordelph at gmail dot com)

They've got 900+ invites, so get one from there! I've donated a few, but if you find they suddenly run out, feel free to ask me...

Gmail is a web based email service similar to hotmail. It's free , you get 1gb of storage, accounts are not killed off until 9 months inactivity (1 month with hotmail), attachments of upto 10mb (I think), has junk mail filtering (I have not received any yet) and has POP3 access. +lordelph Posted February 3, 2005 Author Posted February 3, 2005 I'm going to close this thread to avoid being "Mr GMail" forever :-) There's now 13,000 invites available at http://isnoop.net/gmailomatic.php - just enter your email address and you'll be sent a GMail invite. This allows you to choose your own whatever@gmail.com address. Smashing.
