+Alibags
I am trying to find out the whereabouts of Freddy FFF TB, which is still logged into my event from last December. I have emailed those who attended, but if anybody else sees Freddy on their travels, I would like to hear. He's not my TB, but I feel I should put some effort in as I dropped him off and it was my event It rather raises the question of how best to manage the vast wobbly heap of TBs that appear at events. The events I have been to thus far (and attended) have all been freeform and bugs have circulated in an uncontrolled fashion. I guess the danger of one or two going walkies must be quite high. I am going to ponder this before I oganise another event and when I do so perhaps I can come up with a better plan. In the meantime, if you see Freddy on your travels, please log him again as his owners are pining. Quote Link to comment

+harrogate hunters
Re TB's going missing...... One went missing from my North Yorkshire event last year, and I thought It would be wise for a 'TB register' to be done at my event this year. TB's would be logged in as people arrive and signed for on departure.... Anyone have any objections, or any comments ! Quote Link to comment
+Alibags
That's more or less what I though I should do. Not everybody wishes to take the same number they brought and conversely, so people hope to pick them up at events, but the event organiser could at least keep a track of who took what away with them. markandlynn
and then post who took what in the log on the cache page so the TB owners know who to get in touch with. We try to take different TB's from an event than the ones we take to them. Quote Link to comment
