JackStraw_1969
After more research over the weekend, I'm ready to take the plunge..... Has anybody purchased from www.compuplus.com?? Are they reputable? They have the lowest price I can find @ $389.00 http://www.compuplus.com/insidepage.php3?s...94ms&id=1002399 Any advice is appreciated! Quote Link to comment
artiel
You may want to consider looking at Amazon.com. I just purchased a Garmin 60cs for 399.99 with FREE shipping. Also, in CA there is no tax. So all in all, I thought it was the best deal. I ordered on a Monday night and the unit was on my doorstep on Friday (even with the free shipping). Cannot really ask for better than that. artiel Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
I've purchased a bunch of stuff from Amazon and never had a problem. (Table saw, scroll saw, router, cameras, GPSs to name a few) Five extra bucks might be worth the reliable service. Quote Link to comment
Colonial Marine
I just ordered my GPSMap 60CS from www.amazon.com for $399 today. I also found their Glisson accessories quite cheap as well. So another plus for amazon. The cheapest I found it online was $369 plus shipping from www.gpsonsale.com but they wont ship to a different country than the billing address. (Long story, Im in the UK but I have a friend visiting the States so hopefully Im gonna save a few bucks.) I dont know anything about gpsonsale though. Regards CM Quote Link to comment

+vree
haven't ordered from them yet, but getfeetwet.com has pretty good prices. free ground shipping and 2nd yr warranty until the end of january. $405 for the 60cs, but if you are looking for any accessories, their bundle packages look pretty good. +KacheKrazy
Try: OffRoute.com......$357 for the MAP60CS They are located in Reno,NV......really good service. www.onlygps.com is a tad more expensive ($378.99) but that *includes* DHL overnite shipping Any yeah, the Garmin GPSMap 60CS is darn near the perfect Geocaching GPSr out there today - my only wish would be a method by where the GPSr would automatically upload your finds to geocaching.com Oh, yeah, and if you are listening garmin, expand your waypoint DB similar to Smittyware's CacheMate so I don't have to carry my Palm PDA Quote Link to comment
+Fairbanks
OK - so I'm a bit late with this reply, but thought I would tack on anyway. I was just at my local Bass Pro Outdoor World store and the clerk there tells me that they will price match anyone (even web sites). They only ask that you bring a print-out showing the date so that they know the price is current. I haven't tried it yet, but I intend to have them price match compuplus.com as I'd much rather buy this item locally so that I can return it if doesn't meet my needs. Quote Link to comment
+Vistalia
I am living in Hong Kong. Anyone knows which online shop offer cheap international shipping? I tried www.offroute.com but they rejected my order because my credit card issue bank doesn't support "AVS", some kind of credit address verification... Quote Link to comment
