Sections of interest include: Chapter 6 Care And Adjustment Of Surveying Equipment Chapter 7 Indirect Leveling/Level And Traverse Computations Chapter 8 Topographic Surveying And Mapping Chapter 10 Engineering And Land Surveys and possibly others. I didn't see a publication date, but based on dates of documents referred to, it is from 1990 or later, though probably not much later.
