Gypminer
I've noticed that some Canary Island caches are listed under Spain. Is there any way of searching for Lanzarote caches, or does anyone know of any? I'm not climbing into volcanoes, though! Thanks in advance, Mrs Gypminer. Quote Link to comment
+Sue and Bernie
If you are a Premium Member, you can simple set up a Pocket Query on some co-ordinates based on the area. I used N 27 56.294, W 15 36.035. Once you have established the location of a cache on Lanzarote, you can use that as a search point as well. Have fun - do you need some-one to carry your bags? +Simply Paul
I know there are some on Madeira (4?) but that doesn't really help. I suppose you could do a search under Lanzarote, or get the approx co-ords of the island from a Google search and then put that in as a target to search from? SP P.S. I have the same question about Ibiza, but I'll follow my own advice on cache-spotting there Edit: See also above Edited January 3, 2005 by Simply Paul Quote Link to comment
+GAZ
We've just come back from Gran Canaria tonight..........bloody cold and windy at Newcastle airport......but enough of that...try putting the co-ords of N29.00, W-13.61 into the seek/hide a cache on the main Geocaching page, these co-ords are approx the middle of Lanzagrotty! Happy hunting! Quote Link to comment

+Stuey
I have the same question about Ibiza There were exactly none on Ibiza when I went two years ago. Shame, I had to drink beer and go to the beach instead, lol. Edited January 3, 2005 by Stuey Quote Link to comment
+Simply Paul
There are now two caches on Ibiza, one virtual and one regular sized traditional. Still, a self-catering week there in May for £157 can't be sniffed at... SP Quote Link to comment
