Wadcutter
Before my HD crashed I use to have a website listing plane crash locations and a description of the events leading up to the crash. I've Googled and Dogpiled the web but have been unable to find it again. Anyone have it? Quote Link to comment
BlueSkyMI
Yikes... Is this it? http://www.planecrashinfo.com/database.htm Quote Link to comment
Cache Viking
That is the best site I know of for Plane Crashes. Found it a while back trying to find information to go witha story my father-in-law was telling us about. A story of a flight he was supposed to be on with the family. The flight was this one but they did not make the flight since a part he was supposed to be delivering to Chicago from Los Angeles was not ready yet, they left the next day. My wife and her sister were not born for another 2 and 4 years later. Edited December 26, 2004 by Cache Viking Quote Link to comment
Wadcutter
Yikes... Is this it? http://www.planecrashinfo.com/database.htm Grrrrrr. Yup, that's it. I looked until I wore my keyboard out. Should have just asked here first. Thanks! Not so anyone will think I'm particularly morbid - when in the military one of my jobs was crash investigation. We had this site as a reference. Thanks again. Quote Link to comment
BlueSkyMI
Grrrrrr. Yup, that's it. I looked until I wore my keyboard out.. You're kidding. I went to google and typed.....PLANE CRASH LOCATION. This was the very first site it listed. Minimal keyboarding involved. You just gotta love google. Quote Link to comment

Wadcutter
I went to google and typed.....PLANE CRASH LOCATION. That's one combo I didn't try. I tried "plane crash"; "plane crash sites"; "plane crash coordinates"; etc, etc, etc. Just never put those together. Quote Link to comment
NightPilot
I use the National Transportation Safety Board's site. This is the official information, no speculation, and covers every aviation accident that occurs. Quote Link to comment
Fergus
So dose this mean we will have more "Plane crash caches"? Quote Link to comment
Wadcutter
I use the National Transportation Safety Board's site. I had that one. I should have mentioned that in the first post. Thanks anyway. The NTSB site is a good one. Thanks for posting it as others may find it interesting too. Quote Link to comment
briansnat
So dose this mean we will have more "Plane crash caches"? That would be cool. One fo the best caches I've ever found was a crash cache. Quote Link to comment
gm100guy
I have a couple of crash site caches out. Search for black box and you will find them. Quote Link to comment
