Log Lady
The web site for the geocaching DVD now has a trailer (preview video) to download. It's ten mb -- good thing I have broadband -- but looks pretty cool. I wonder if Santa has a video in his bag for me. (Please!) Quote Link to comment
Log Lady
This link goes directly to the download page. The DVD is also available in the Groundspeak store. (My plush Signal arrived today. Too cute!) Quote Link to comment
+horsegeeks
We couldn't get the sound to work right on the trailer so we went ahead an purchased one. We've been curious. Does anyone know who the stars are that are on it? Geocaching stars I mean? Quote Link to comment
+jbar
I couldn't get the sound working either. I took a chance and ordered one too. The trailer looks good. Quote Link to comment
+sept1c_tank
Very cool. Now that I've been "teased," I want the real thing! Quote Link to comment
adampierson
The sound worked fine with me - I used Quciktime 6.0. Quote Link to comment
+Seth!
The trailer is an mp4 file and seems to play fine in Quicktime. The problems seem to occur when using another player. (The reference to Windows Media Player has been removed from the page.) (By the way, Merry Christmas, everyone! Below is a picture of Adrian in his new Herb Fincher shirt that he got this morning.) +TEAM 360
WOW, very cool...I just now got to see the trailer...I actually HAVE the DVD, but as I am moving and everything is packed up, I have no way to watch it... I was a bit shocked to hear myself tell Dave Ulmer, "Let's go cachin" on the trailer... So has anyone seen the whole thing? Any reviews on this one? Quote Link to comment
+Spencersb
So has anyone seen the whole thing? Any reviews on this one? I have and thought it was very well done! My only problem is the Interviews won't play! The item shows up on the menu, but you can't select it, the cursor just skips right over it! Quote Link to comment
+Seth!
Spencer, did you try using the "go right" arrow/button > instead of the up ^ or down v button? For some reason, some menu items only highlight when you do that sideways manuever. I could say it was by design, but it wasn't. Quote Link to comment

But I'll give it a try. Thanks! Steve Quote Link to comment
+Smitherington
I just watched the trailer. Now I must buy the DVD. I used Quicktime 6.5.2 to view it. MP4 format for the trailer. Quote Link to comment
+horsegeeks
It's a great DVD, we're enjoying it very much Quote Link to comment

It's a great DVD...full of great information for newbies to old-timers. I wrote a review for the January issue of Today's Cacher. Seth, your work is truly excellent. Quote Link to comment
+trippy1976
I got the DVD also and finally got to watch most of it. It's A+ stuff. Very comprehensive and informative. Quote Link to comment
