+Hard Oiler
Take a look at AB's excellent suggestion in This Thread. Another good way to get started is to find a cache page you like, view the source and edit it to make a new version for your own cache page. Just have to weed out all the extra HTML that GC inserts but it's not too hard to do. Quote Link to comment
+junglehair
Hi Dennis, Here are a few basics to get you started. <B> Bold</b> <br> Line break <P> New Paragraph </p> Hyperlinks: <a href="http://www.geocaching.com">Geocaching</a>'>http://www.geocaching.com">Geocaching</a> or <a href="http://www.geocaching.com" target="_blank">Geocaching</a> I prefer to use that one as it opens the link in a new window. Backgrounds: <body background="INSERT URL FOR IMAGE"></body> URL = the full web address including http: // www Hope that helps. Edited December 22, 2004 by junglehair Quote Link to comment
+The Blue Quasar
As many that know me can attest to...... I'm a HUGE fan of <hr> which is Hard Rule (the horizontal line) Added that puppy to every cache page I could. I only use <p>, <br>. <hr> and A REFH= .... I have "Pre" and "Font" on my profile page. I don't know HTLM, maybe I should learn. The Blue Quasar Quote Link to comment
+Amazon Annie
Just a note to those who love to HTML to their hearts content.... when viewed in CacheMate the HTML codes come through and I have sat at a cache and had to edit the page so I could read it. Not fun at -10C. Either that or sometimes if you bold something it doesn't appear on the CacheMate page at all! Quote Link to comment
