at Swallows and Amazons GCN9GA on Peel Island on Coniston Water yesterday.

 

and a belated congrats to John Stead who sneaked past 9 :laughing::laughing: th

 

without me noticing a week or so ago.

 

And a big congrats to The Mars Bars who are far too modest to mention that they busted

the 6 :tired::laughing: at the same time. Well done chaps and chapesses.

I'm pinning this topic at the top of the forums as a place where you can express your congratulations to anyone and everyone when they achieve a significan geocaching milestone. It is meant to replace the numerous "Congrats" threads that appear from time to time in the UK forum.

 

Although not everyone will be happy with this style of offering good wishes to fellow geocachers, it is commonly used elsewhere and most people who responded to my previous thread thought we ought to give it a go.

 

So.......congratulate on :)

Congratulations to ALL who were knighted at the Shrops Event for their caching achievements!

 

Maybe one day I might even get to 50!

:bad: Well done Plymplodder. He reached his 1500th cache this morning whilst out on Dartmoor on a damp autumn morning. Despite what people say he is not bad at this caching lark. We also thank his long suffering wife Caroline for letting him out to play so often to get to this amazing score. :bad:
