+Sputnik 57
If I'm not mistaken, this question has been asked about various models at least 4 times in the last 3 days. It seems simple, but it isn't intuitive at all. The answer, for virtually every GPS receiver, is to "mark" your current position as a waypoint, and then edit the waypoint you just marked to the coordinates you are trying to enter. You can then also edit the name, symbol, etc. to make it something meaningful for you. Please add a reply if you would like to give step-by-step instructions for your particular model, or if your GPSr gives you another way to manually enter a waypoint. Quote Link to comment
gm100guy
I checked the manual for my Lowrance gm100 gps for entering waypoints and it is really easy. Go to the Lowrance web site and download the manual and read pages 29 to 32. And with my Eagle Expedition 2 it covered in the manual from page 22 to 26. Quote Link to comment
