Not Getting My Gpx's

I just became a premium member last week, and have tried several pocket query requests. I have not recieved a single one. I even tried telling it to not send to the registered email address, but to a different one. Still nothing. I do, however still get my weekly updates. Not as useful.

Who do I contact?

Try checking the "Spam" folder for the email accounts in question. Sometimes legitimate email gets tagged as spam and is misdirected to those folders...

Did that. I also have a folder set up just for geocaching stuff. have had for years. Still no goodies.

In Search of Faeries had a pocket query problem the other day on another forum. The solution to that problem may also help yours too. It all had to do with accepting the terms of service. You might can read that forums discussion with it's examples and see if it pertains to your problem. Here is a link to it. As soon as the terms were accepted, In Search of Faeries started getting the emails.

I thought that might be it, but this is what I got when I went to the page about the terms.

Thank you! You have agreed to the license agreement. You can now download waypoints from the web site and receive Pocket Queries if you have a Premium Membership. The waypoint page is a good place to start to download free software to get started.

Maybe I was just expecting it to email me some stuff. Maybe it does not do that unless I have one of the boxes checked?

I checked the one for today, to see if it will email me something.

When you say box checked, are you talking about which day to run the pocket query?

When you do check which day to run the query, it will email you the results of that query on that day every week. If you just want to run it one time to get the results emailed and get rid of it, check the day you want the query (usually the same day) and also click the box which says to run this query only once and then delete it.
