+Team E&T
Anybody know of any caches near an airport, besides Sky Harbor and Sedona, that I can get to fast and easily if I was to fly in? Please email me.. garces918@aol.com Quote Link to comment
+TeamTek
You might want to be careful about those caches. With the whole post 9/11 it may be difficult to find something like that. Quote Link to comment

Now, imagine how that would look to airport security/police, in a post 9/11 world. Now....does the term "full body cavity search" mean anything to you? Quote Link to comment

Well yes but, it doesn't have to be right AT the airport. It can be in the proximety where a traveler can go and find it before their next flight. Quote Link to comment
+BuckyD
If ever in Albuquerque, you can walk to this one from the terminal if you have a half hour or hour to spare: Travelbug Sunport Quote Link to comment
+scuba inst
I found a cache near O'Hare Airport and shortly thereafter another cacher wasn't quite so lucky in his search. The last note gives what seems to be a good explanation of post 9/11 policies. O'Hare Terminal 6 (Take 2) I'll be flying into Phoenix Christmas week and hope to catch the airport caches as well as many, many more. Edited November 20, 2004 by scuba inst Quote Link to comment
+Wacka
There is a virtual cache (ORD Layover) in the United terminals at O' Hare. I got it last Christmas while passing through. Quote Link to comment
+TeamMoehrke
I have a virtual, GCHBBW, just outside the main terminal entrance at Oakland International here in California. And there's one, GCC594, just off the access road on the way into Sacramento International. Not exactly walkin distance, but not real far. GCD3FC and GCKQXQ are not far from the Portland, Oregon airport. Edited November 24, 2004 by TeamMoehrke Quote Link to comment

+Roadrunner2
I'm also looking for a cache near the LA airport. Near the Marriott LAX to be exact. I have a TB from FL that I would love to give a cross country ride. Any suggestions? Need info ASAP since I leave on Tuesday. Quote Link to comment

+Lagoonfreek
Here is a cache by Salt Lake International Airport. However one would need to get some transportation to get to it after they land. This one is about a 5 mile round trip from the airport despite it being about a mile as the geocaher goes. It would be faster had 9/11 not happened and the road going under the taxiway was open.
